Fixing method of coupling
There are five ways to fix the shaft of coupling: fastening bolt type, clamping type, separating type, separating type and keyway type.

The coupling can transmit torque and angle to absorb the installation deviation of the shaft. Please adjust the deviation to make it lower than the allowable value listed in the technical parameter table of each product provided by the product center. The allowable value of the maximum deviation of the product refers to the situation that there is only one deviation. When two or more deviations exist at the same time, the allowable value should be less than 1 / 2 of the maximum deviation in each technical parameter table. The deviation not only occurs in equipment assembly, but also may be caused by vibration, thermal expansion and bearing wear in operation. Therefore, it is recommended to adjust the axial deviation to less than 1 / 3 of the maximum value.
