Cleaning: clean the dirt on the surface of the mounting shaft, wipe a very thin layer of oil or lubricant, clean the wire hole of the coupling, apply oil or lubricant, and insert the coupling into the mounting shaft; if the diameter is too small, it is a warm reminder not to use hammers or hard metal materials to knock the mounting shaft.
Accuracy: on the inner hole of the coupling, two inner holes with 90 ° angle are processed accurately, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning. Using these two holes, the precise positioning filament will fix the coupling on the shaft. It is also a common relatively fixed way. Because the front end of the shaft is in contact with the shaft, the shaft is likely to be damaged or demolished. The specific position of tightening is to cut off the joint on the coupling.
By using the drawing force of the processing plant of the coupling device, the slit is deformed and the shaft is firmly fixed until death. This method is conducive to installation and disassembly, and is not easy to damage the shaft. It is also a very common fixed, stable groove precise positioning: for the needs of large torque transmission system, in order to avoid axial sliding, the installation and precise positioning of plum blossom coupling are generally combined with precise positioning wire and tightening wire.
